Do not trust their promotional offers. My husband and I went to an event at Shreve & Co last year, and I bought him an IWC watch. A year later, we have yet to receive the additional strap that was supposed to be included in the purchase. We’ve reached out multiple times to the store manager and stopped by, only to be told he wasn’t available or not in store. This constant run-around is infuriating, and the worst part is because we purchased the watch from the store manager, none of the other employees are able or willing to help us. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because this kind of service is unacceptable after a significant purchase.
